Update by user Sep 17, 2019 I just paid the bill. They had an answer to everything I said. Answers that were not to my liking. Poor customer service, poor lack of cleanup and worst unprofessionalism on all their parts when they got back to me. Original review posted by user May 26, 2019 I had called Hyper Fusion Heating and cooling LLC to a fix a cracked drain pipe coming out of the air conditioner unit in the attic. Picture of drain pipe below. After an hour or so and "repeated" travel back and forth to truck , the drain was fixed. After that the technician went to the outside unit and began to clean the unit of debris. I had asked him if the unit needed Freon and he told me " that was not done in this maintenance". He said you have to buy another upgraded maintenance package? Well I had asked I had asked for the pipe to be fixed and maintenance to be done on my unit? This to me meant checking Freon etc. He finally came back and said he checked the pressure and it was okay? Their was so much "unclear" things that the company is not clear of. He was also late and said when he finally got here that he doesn't work on outside units if it was raining? The worst thing was the bill, I was in sticker shock. The total bill came to $313.43. Bill enclosed and picture of cracked pipe that had to have "Diagnostics".
