Original review updated by user May 14, 2021 U-haul will take a reservation for a truck rental, then the day before you are to pickup, text you and tell you they don't have it. So they commit to the rental only to secure the deal. Making good on the deal only if they can. This of course creates a lot of problems for the mover when they can't get the truck on the day they've scheduled it to be picked-up. User's recommendation: Don't rent from U-haul.
