Rescaling machine

Have called twice and waited over an hour each time to seek help de scaling my machine. Both times the phone connection was not good and both times the gentleman that answered the phone took my phone number to call me back. And YES he never called back so I still have a descaling issue. Need help with my machine User's recommendation: Not good service.
