I requested a hard copy magazine not the e-copy option that was also being offered. For three months I received e-copy magazines. I called customer service and was never able to talk with an actual person. I connected somehow with pissed customer and I received a hard copy magazine yesterday! May be a coincidence or a combination for unlocking my request. Thanks BHG-
