On June 18, 2021, my husband, Gemini and I were supposed to board Lufthansa airlines from Nairobi, Kenya to Tampa, Florida. Apparently on booking, no advise was given that an A-19 waiver was required to enter the US. At the airport, we were told that we couldn't board the airlines since we didn't have an A-19 waiver from the US embassy. Our flight was canceled and we were assured the tickets will be refunded.
