The request was to not sell paper cartons of liquid to consumers that have plastic screw tops in them for customers convenience. These get dumped in the ocean, like the little sharp yummy objects for larger fish, turtles etc in the sea that gobble them up like food. If it does the job it will be consumed, get stuck, sometimes vicerate their insides or stay in their stomachs and intestinal tracks cutting with their sharp pointed screw tops as much as it is able then the animal dies.
