The assistant manager at the Roosevelt Field mall was verbally abusive and insulted me for over 10 minutes she could clearly see that I was upset and instead of walking away or trying to use positive reinforcement to calm the situation she continued to call me names and trade insults with me as I tried to get her information to report her behavior. I have never been so disrespected in a clothing store in my life I was shopping with my daughter this young lady could have been my child.
