Replacement Shark VacMop

The Shark VacMop I ordered through Amazon was defective. I talked to a service rep who said hed order a new one. I paid the $25 delivery fee. Now Ive waited 2 weeks and called customer service to find out what the problem is. The lady said they were on back order and it could be 2-3 weeks before I get it!!!!!! I feel that the 1st person should have made me aware of that. I could have returned the unit to Amazon and gotten a replacement, probably much sooner. I am really upset and want to know what your company is going to do about this. User's recommendation: DON’T BUY A SHARK VACMOP!!!
