REPLACEMENT PHONE NOT WORKING

New phone arrived. while trying to insert over-sized SIM card it became lodged in slot without tray . The tray came out but the card is still stuck in phone. I took it to Verizon store tech who was unable to remove it and told me to contact you and discuss how to return it for Free Replacement. So far I haven't been able to speak to anyone at Asurion just voice mail. What should I do. Please reply by email to foranforan@***l.
