Eargo operator Sonny returned call regarding the replacement of water-damaged devices, offered support, cost and shipping information. New devices were ordered and the conversation lasted about 15 minutes and resulted in new devices ordered and shipping information confirmed via email. User's recommendation: If replacement is required during the warranty period, new devices will be signifcantly lower that the cost of new and worthwhile.
