Replacement dvds are also scratched

Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here. Must have been a manufacturing flaw of sorts that went un-noticed and seems like Musica possible other shops here got the damaged dvds, etc... Sorry for having created another complaint but I couldn't add it to my reply to the first complaint report about the scratched dvds.
