There is something seriously wrong with your scheduling and performance. There have been multiple delays consistently in the past month. My husband had his flight delayed until the next day two consecutive times in June; in one instance, he didn't even know his flight was cancelled until he actually went to check in. Today, after a long flight from Korea, he just needed to make the last leg from Dallas to Houston. His flight is delayed until the next day again. It is always the Dallas-Houston leg of the trip. For reason, every time Mesa Airlines has a flight that involves Dallas, the plane is off "for maintenance" with no standby. It goes from a 700 pm departure time to the next day at 700 am. Your incompetent staff doesn't know which gate is which or what the new protocols are. I understand that American Airlines is severely understaffed and have limited their flights but 100% of the flight issues has been with Mesa Airlines and the Dallas rotation. My husband is stuck at DAL as we speak. I want him to just throw the money away and buy a Southwest ticket, but because your line is so long, he can't even get his luggage so he get on that flight. If you know your plane has issues, make plans accordingly. If you can't offer that flight, don't sell it. Your airline is not so big that you can afford to chew off more than you can bite. What is even more frustrating is that American Airlines also offered a flight at 830 tonight and their hub is in Dallas itself. American Airlines should not partner with you. You're not connecting anyone. User's recommendation: If the flight plans involves Mesa Airlines, stay away!
