Repeated issues: failure to properly file claims under co-insurance

In 2018 we used MyEyeDr for our annual eye care regimen. My wife and I each have insurance. Despite MyEyeDr's website promotion that they are expert in processing all insurance claims, it looks numerous emails over 7 months to finally correct over $500 in unclaimed benefit attributable directly to the providers inability to properly file claims. In 2019 I reached out in advance of our appointments to ensure the issue wouldn't be repeated. Despite those assurances, we had the very same issue. Despite repeated requests, the issue is still not resolved. Cost to us: at least $500l User's recommendation: If you have individual insurance, diligently check the claims submitted. If you have coinsurance, find another provider.
