Repair ofHand Router

Sent Router on April 5,2019 after it stoped at 1+ use. Didn’t get any response from Dewalt Repair , I contacted them by phone several weeks after getting no answer by phone and two occasions being put on hold and never being contacted, finally did speak to a gentleman and after several minutes located the router and informed me they have been waiting for parts , will get parts Friday and will UPS it to me ASAP. After a week or so still no luck. I contacted Corporate Black and Decker was advised no way they should not have to “wait for parts” Was to look in to it for me weeks have gone by , still nothing .help me please .
