Myself and my family which included a 6 month old baby arrived at Orlando International Airport just as Hurricane Matthew was about to hit. Our vehicle was ready and waiting for us with all the paperwork at hand ready for completion. The airport was closing down and everybody was in a tizzy rushing around. We found the the staff at VIP desk to be calm, and efficient in the face of all the turmoil and confusion. . We were not familiar as to how to install the baby seat and the garage staff took the time to show us how it was fitted. They then proceeded to give us verbal directions and updated the Sat Nav. to show us how to get to the nearest supermarket was so that we could get provisions as all shops would be closed till at least the weekend. A travel restriction was about to be imposed by the Federal Government and without the help of the staff we would not have been able to comply with the curfew. Three weeks later when we returned the vehicle we found the same courteousness extended to us. The staff assisted with off loading our luggage found us a trolley for our cases and assisted with the baby. I have no hesitation in recommending VIP
