I rented a unit in 2017 moved out 3-7-2021. I paid my monthly rent of $143.00 on 3-4-2021 it was due by the 3-5-2021 (so that I would not incur a late fee). I inquired with the property Manager Asley 404-480-4667about a pro-rated refund. And explained the situation She said we don't do that (verbatim)..I asked her if its ok for anyone to just take $150.00 from her she gave me the number for Site Manager Markus Montgomery. I contacted Site Manager Markus Montgomery [protected] on Sun 3-7-21 No Answer straight to voicemail left a message. No return call nothing. I called a second time on Monday 3-8-21 Left a message. Called again today 3rd time same as the previous straight to voicemail left another message. I attempted to get in touch with public storage via their Corporate office same no answer straight to voicemail / automated call that number is nothing but a reservation line for new rentals.
