I rented a vehicle at San Antonio airport yesterday. I also asked for them to activate satellite radio. Apparently they did activate it but after close to 30 hours satellite radio still asks me to call a-800 no. Also when I asked for copy of rental agreement, I was told that it will be emailed to me and it took 2 additional calls to emergency services and after 30 hours I got the barebone copy of rental agreement.
