I did not have the full amount on my debit card when the tried pulling funds so the sent past due..i tried emailing them. no answer I only have one debit card so no use in updating but funds were more than avail so my acct email now says please update? there is not button to to ask to retry the card..i now tried the avenues and my account is now probably now closed I can't call a live agent.agent. User's recommendation: add a retry payment option or button in p.
