Hello. I bought a msi computer, which has a loot box as a gift, due to the fact that accessories (mouse / bag) are also needed, the loot box was one of the factors that helped to choose the specific product. In the chat of the website before the purchase, I found out that for the model of my choice, the kit comes with a loot box, and specified its set: bag + mouse + mouse pad. I ordered a brand new one, and the model of my choice was no more, the last one is a computer used in the exposition, which is located in Adelaide, calling on Monday 09,09,2019, I was offered this computer and confirmed that there will be a lootbox. I agreed to the offer, because the mouse + bag also costs money, so lootbox was the reason why I chose a computer used in the exhibition. When I received the computer, I found that the lootbox was just a bag. Calling the store at 12. 09,2019 9:04, after 8 minutes of clarification, it is confirmed to me that the mouse and its pad had to be in the lootbox as well. After a few hours of clarification, I get info that this is not the case. Just have a bag. Now I'm left with a used computer without the necessary accessories...
