Hi there, I bought 50ml Renergie Multi-lift Ultra cream(AUD171) on 17 July 2021, together with other products (cleanser, make up remover). Order No#LAN00440226 I have started using the cream two weeks ago. After 3 days, my face got red and itchy but I did not think it was because of the cream as I have been using Lancome for 2 decades. But I stopped using the cream for a week and the face rashes disappeared. However early this week I started using the cream again. After 2 days, my face got all red and itchy again. Now I am sure it is because of the cream which has caused the reaction. I have used other Lancome products for many years such as Genifique Serum, Genifique cream, Clarifique dual Essen, eye serum, makeup ... just name a few and I never had any issues with Lancome skin care products.
