Reimbursement Check still not received since 02/11/2020

I took my car in for repair on 01/06/20 and picked it up about 3 weeks later. The day after I picked it up, I got to work and went to grab my BMW Sunshade, which was not in the backseat, so I checked the trunk, it wasn't there either. I never take my sunshade out of the car and was positive that I put it in the trunk when I dropped it off on 01/06/20. I informed my adjuster Estimator and she told me that if I chose to replace it, bring in a copy of the receipt and Caliber Collision would reimburse me. I had to order the Sunshade from BMW of Ontario, I picked it up on 02/10/20 and I text a copy of the receipt in the amount of $85.12 to Maria on 02/11/20. She stated I should have a refund check in about 2 weeks. It's been close to 2 months now and still nothing. I text Maria again on 03/16/20 and she said would look into it. As of today, I still haven't heard anything from her. Is this how Caliber handles issues like this, not honoring their word??? Please contact me regarding this issue.
