Service and attitude
I am unpleasantly surprised by the attitude of Melbourne airport staff towards travelers. Mocking and arrogant behavior, talking to colleagues who has not yet managed to leave. Today, the behavior of the red-haired border guard at the passport checkpoint was particularly unpleasant and disgusting. With my frustrated and grim expression and comments to make a simpler expression, even though I was upset by the fact that I had to leave home, I was not angry.
