Regarding Refund/Rebooking of cancelled or restricted flight

Dear Authority, I am Vipin Vyas with reference PNR ID 5GYTOZ.I am a temporary residence card holder of Poland (TRC attached) and I have my flight booking tentatively on 08-04-2021(LH761& LH1353)from warsaw to New Delhi and return(New Delhi to Warsaw) was supposed to be on 06-05-2021(LH761&LH1348). But as of Now , I have got information via Lufthansa website that only German national or German residence card holder are allowed to travel. So please confirm me that what will be refund or rebooking procedure for my flight. Please guide me regarding current scenario. Regards VIPIN VYAS Passport:-M0439805 Reference booking PNR:- 5GYTOZ
