I ordered dinner in advance and went to the drive through. They ABSOLUTELY refused to let me pick my order at the drive through and made me come in. My reason for using the drive through is because Covid so. rampant what is the difference if I called the ordered in advance or at the drive through? This was not only rude, but a risk to my life. I dont know if it is a corporate policy or one made up by the Broke Arroe,Ok management/staff, but it is totally unacceptable since they do have and use the drive through.
