Purchased 5 tickets San Francisco-Hannover/Germany total $4, 619.75 in November 2019 for flight date 05/20/20 Due to Covid flights were cancelled 07/07/21 Contacted Expedia for refund Itinerary# [protected] Was informed only airline gives refund or flight credit Called Airline (Lufthansa), calls are not taken This is a large amount which needs to be refunded. Airline Credit was never chosen but applied by Lufthansa. Called Lufthansa numerous times without being able to talk to live person. I need my refund!!!
