REFUND REQUEST

To whom ever cares, Sorry to hear that I will not be getting my refund of $40,00, I have used your service during more complicated years off and on and had no problems. But last year should have been simpler, due to the Pandemic, I only worked 2 months in 2020 for the same two companies as 2019. Due to some problem with 2020 taxes, my outcome was to mail it in. I do not feel I should have paid $40.00 to do it myself. Dissatisfied Customer! Toni Brooks User's recommendation: Be careful, nothing is for FREE.
