Refund policy is a fraud!

The day after I purchased a vacation package, I request an immediate refund via email. No one replied to my original email. I sent more emails and still no reply to any of my emails. As the 30 day time frame has lapsed, I telephoned this scam company, as I never saw a credit to my credit card. The manager told me she has been telephoning me, as they do not reply to emails. I have never heard of such a policy and it does not state that on the contract that they sent me. The manager said I agreed to it on the phone when I purchased the package. As I live outside of the US in another time zone, I never received any of their phone calls (I have an answering machine too). I asked the manager why they couldn't reply back to my email stating that they needed me to telephone them back and she said the company doesn't email customers back who want a refund. What a bunch of *** I don't want Premier Travel Resorts' package and now I am $217 out of pocket. I will be contacting a lawyer, as I sent a written request for my refund and they must honor my request. Who do they think would send them an email with all of my information in it to them??? I have read all of the clauses on their package sent to me and NO where does it state that I have to telephone to request a refund! This company has committed a fraud!
