Bought RCA tablet. Couldn't do anything on it. Contacted tech support. First woman charged me $99 to have a tech help me. He said he couldn't do and would have to call me back. In the meantime I fixed it myself. I demand a refund and they said they couldn't do that. I contacted RCA company and they said it was a scam
