Refund on tickets.

Hello, I bought two tickets for global dub at red rocks in Colorado. Due to the cancellation I was emailed that there would be a refund in 30 business days, however it has been over the 30 business days and I have still not received my refund. If the refund could be processed I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
