Original review updated by user Mar 09, 2021 My mother who is 82 years old received gift certificates for the hair cuttery in Westfield Ma. I understand due to Covid that they shut down. There is no hair cuttery within 50 miles of her location. I have tried numerous attempts to contact the corporate office. They don't answer Emails and the number that is provided doesn't work. It simply hangs up on me. She needs to be refunded for these gift certificates!
