I have not received refund for the ticket that was promised by the airlines and travel agent. Despite sending so many emails and contacting customer support, there has been no update. It has been more than 6 months now. The ticket was booked on Tue, Dec 15 2020 for CAD 1096.12 through edreams for qatar airlines. Ticket was cancelled on Feb 7th, 2021. Flight dates were Fri, Feb 12 2021 for departure from Montreal and return date on Sun, Mar 14 2021 from Mumbai Qatar Airline reference S4TVE2 Confirmation number/reference: 690236**** Flight numbers: QR 764/ QR 556 Message from QATAR: Kindly inform OPODO to contact Qatar Airways travel agency support in London as ticket is issued from the OPODO office in London. The said the ticket is booked from OPODO office in London. The ticket is still showing in open and needs to be changed to refund status for the refund to be processed. Can you please help me with the refund.
