Refund of £4

Hi, I ordered a cab at 7:11pm on February 27th driver was Pavlo Luts and it did not come and I didnt receive no contact on my mobile, and when I tried to ring the driver it said there was no cab journey booked. so I had to cancel because there was no driver there even though it said there was on the maps. I disputed it and they said I will be refunded £4. I still havent received my £4 refund back as I was already charged. Please can I get my refund
