Refund not the correct amout

Bought Nest thermostat 7/18/19 and when it was delivered, I decided I did not want it. Got RMA and label from google and returned it on 8/12/19. Total $201.52 was charged to my credit card. Only got $52.24 back. Spent over an HOUR on the phone with returns dept. They confirmed they received my return. First they couldn't find my order. Now they don't know why I only got a partial refund. I don't have all day to spend on the phone trying to figure out what they did wrong. I have never had this kind of a problem with other online retailers when returning an item. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GOOGLE PRODUCT AGAIN!!! Too much hassle if you no longer want the product even though it was returned during the official return period. As of this writing I still don't have the rest of my money back.
