Refund not done
On June 28 my $32.86 payment was deducted from my bank. On June 30 I cancelled my AT&T account. I talked to someone (Elion?) in customer care on July 14 and he verified that the $32.86 would be refunded. He said it would be sent to Vesta and they would issue the refund and it would take 3-5 business days. I still don't have it.
