Gotogate is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. My flight was cancelled and they never refunded me my money I have called over a hundred time in a 4 month span and not one person was able to give me my refund in fact they were dismissed of me and never to this day returned my refund. I will never use this company again and this is coming from someone who makes minimum of 20 flights in a year. I have never been disrespected and dismissed like I have with this company very unprofessional and I will tell everyone I come into contact with not to patronize this company
