Refund from reservation

I booked a vehicle on hopper and I was told that I would need a credit card to show though I was charged debit . I cancelled my reservation because of no credit card and was told I would have to wait 20 days to receive my refund and Im trying to see whats going on with my refund. I dont see anyways of getting in contact with the 3rd party company cartrawler.
