I am beyond disgusted and disappointed at this point. I backed a project called Vitafun back in 2016-**** through the past several years I have reached out to the campaign multiple times requesting a refund! It is nearly $400!!! I now demand a representative from your company contact me and explain why nearly 5 years later I have not been refunded. This is basically stealing on the campaigns part! There are multiple messages from others requesting refunds as well with nothing back from the campaign. Shame on YOUR company for allowing this to go on this long. I will be looking forward to hearing back as to what the next steps are you will take to rectify this situation. Thanks. User's recommendation: DON’T BACK THIS COMPANY OR THEIR CLIENTS.
