Refund for cancelled flight

In November 2019 I purchased flights for two people from Fortaleza to GRU for June 2021. This flight was cancelled by Azul due to coronavirus restrictions on travel. I purchased through BudgetAir UK, who have been advising since the cancellation that they are awaiting the refund from Azul, which is now 14 months ago. They have now advised me to deal direct with Azul. My flight was Mon 29 June 2020. E-ticket number XXX. Online check-in Ref: XXX. Passengers XXX and XXX Can you please advise me how to secure my refund or a voucher which I can use for future bookings with Azul? Regards Lynne Benson User's recommendation: It seems to me that Brazilian airline companies are unreliable in terms of customer service (I have an amount still owed by GOL too) but that Azul is the worst. They make no effort to respond to customers or to travel companies.
