Refund Followup

I request for refund not travel refund!!! I requested for refund december2020 to reference number JGQ5TG . Until last month cebu pacific emailed me that may request for travel refund has been granted which i didnt request. .. i keep on trying to.message cebu pacific but theres no respond.. i already send the following document needed for refund.
