Refund/change policy

My flight out of Logan was canceled, however, since I only found out about it within the final 2 hours before I was to take the bus, I cannot get either a refund or change the ticket. It's just gone. I've used Peter Pan and it's predecessor, Bonanza for 30 years, and the service has just gotten worse and worse. The drivers are fine. But clearly the attitude from ccorporate is how can we extract as much money from our customers as possible. User's recommendation: don't buy your ticket untll you see the bus.
