Hello, this is Chloe thank you for the refund everything is fixed now. Much appreciated. And as for the reason why I couldn't. Cancel my subscription was because I couldn't log into my account. So I tried to reset my password but the app wouldn't let me for some reason. It's pretty glitch. Maybe it's my phone anyway. Thanks again for the refund. Sorry I was being a " Karen."
