It just stopped working. It was fine two days ago. I've had it for a little over a year and love it. I wish I could actually speak to someone on the phone about the problem. It hasn't been over-filled, it hasn't been moved since it was purchased, I made sure it was plugged in. I know that's a question that might be asked. I'm frustrated that I have to email to get help. I just wish it was working. Thank you.
