Recent (Poor) customer service

I have been a loyal Starkey customer via its All American Hearing supplier (Clackamas, Oregon) for over 10 years but will NOT use their services ever again due to their new drastic reduction in customer services. Their previous ( full and cordial), customer service first policy has been replaced by a 'hard sell new replacement aid approach' and charge outlandish fees for all basic adjustments after the new aids go out of warranty in three years. My wife and I have purchased three pairs (six aids) in 7 years and resent the current treatment. service first policy their current "nickel and dime User's recommendation: Consider other brands with better service policies.
