I have received my bottle of Stemuderm, but did not receive the "free gift" of Sundeland lip balm thaI was promised. More importantly, the pump on the Stemuderm bottle is defective and I can't get the cream out. I've tried multiple times, but the most I've gotten is a drop or two. If you aren't able to replace the bottle, I would like my money back.
