What is easy and convenient for them No patient concern So busy that pain or circumstances mean nothing to them My experience did not get to this level but talked with friends that if you question Their authority they just tell you they cannot treat you Obviously I dont know financial details but with upmc its all about the money User's recommendation: If you have something serious check Cleveland clinic , Hershey or somewhere . But upmc is not the place.
