I ordered a chair thru Amazon Serta model number 44186. First one arrived already broken and was an obvious return prior, then requested the same chair again it arrived today and it is missing parts and AGAIN is obviously a return from someone else. When you spend $100s for an office chair why wouldnt it come to you in its entirety? Oh and did I mention that this one didnt even include and directions on putting it together. User's recommendation: Don’t order from them!! If they don’t have it available in a store for you to see it has all its parts then tell them to stick it up their ***.
