I booked my flight few days ago here. but I was worried about covid 19 due to some things around, so I wanted to cancel the flight. I booked Westjet flight. and they have a police if a customer want to cancel it, they would do that. but Travelgenio travel agency refused the cancel and is lying saying that they can't cancel it. even I already checked with Westjet. This travel agency is trying not to cancel their customer's booking and lying about cancel or refund. because they don't care customer's safety or changed plan. they care only fees due to ticket reservation. I really am dissapointed and I would like to say that "never book or use this site if you don't wanna ruin your trip." I'm talking to them by email, but they just say the same thing (they can't cancel it-it's lying) like a parrot. so If you would book or use this, I hope you don't. This is really my worst experience.
