The web site let me or my travel agent book tours that were not in operation (ie: Grand Canyon South Rim) and Red Rock-Hoover Dam Photo Tour. Both venues were disrupted due to the pandemic. Yet both tours issued confirmations and vouchers. I received NO notice until date of service. I was actually on the Grand Canyon West Rim bus when advised there was NO South Rim Tour. User's recommendation: Block booking, vouchers, for non existent tours.
