Due to an oversight two monthly internet bundles were subscribed on 5th September within 10 minutes. Immediately after committing the error I tried to reach Ufone customer services but noticed that their computerized services were malfunctioning. Even I tried to join Live Chat and noticed that Ufone Rep online was impatient and never gave me a chance to write a complaint in the dialogue box and despite several attempts the Rep on duty in haste kept closing the box. The matter has been subject to extensive correspondence and Ufone Customer care team not willing to understand the situation and refused to refund the excess payment made to them
