Using RAK Platinum cash back card since 12+ years - Finally Closed today. Waste of arguing with customer care, hopeless policy. Unable to claim AED 1 Cash back despite spending more than AED 50000 in less than 15 months. Bank keeps on deducting the earned cashback as expirry to Avoid giving cash back. Hopeless card All benifits for the RAK Bank, Customer gets 0 cashback. Should change the card to 0 cash back...
